The terahertz spectroscopy is a spectroscopic method that uses the terahertz frequency radiation of the electromagnetic spectrum for the investigation and structure elucidation of matter. The terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS; TDTS) is used to probe material properties with short pulses of terahertz radiation.
